If you receive Products which do not match those that you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the Products. Topremium Marketing is responsible for paying shipment costs for any returned or replaced items.
Faulty or damaged Products:
If you received any faulty items such as rips, broken zip, wrong colour, kindly take a photo on the defective goods, parcel and consignment note then email to us immediately. We are happy to replace it without any charges within 14 days from the date of invoice.
Goods with printed or embroidered artwork are NOT Refundable.
